We stopped by a few days ago for Italian ice, and as always, the product itself was delicious. Unfortunately, the customer service at the order window was disappointing. The young lady taking orders appeared frustrated and uninterested, and when I politely mentioned that the digital menu is very difficult to read because the screen isn’t bright enough in the South Florida sun, she didn’t seem receptive to the feedback. This isn’t the first time the menu visibility has been an issue. Management should consider increasing the screen brightness or updating the display so customers can actually see the menu before ordering. I also think additional customer service coaching would be beneficial. A smile, a friendly greeting, and simply acknowledging a customer’s concern can make a huge difference. Even if an issue can’t be fixed immediately, letting customers know they’ve been heard goes a long way. The Italian ice is excellent, but the overall guest experience is just as important as the product, and I hope management takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve.

We had a catering event with Cecilies Gourmet for our associates at work, and everyone loved it! Mango Passionfruit was a hit! The staff was friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. We definitely recommend them for any event or gathering!

A ton of flavors and everyone in my party enjoyed what they ordered. I got half lemon and half peach blueberry. Both flavors were very tasty, I prob preferred the latter as it was unique. My small cup was $5, so maybe a bit pricey but flavors tasted quality

I had the BEST experience at here thanks to Maddie! She was incredibly patient while I explored all the options (there are so many 😭) and gave such thoughtful recommendations. Her customer service was truly above and beyond.. truly so kind, attentive and full of warm energy. She’s a huge asset to the team and genuinely made my visit memorable. People like her make you want to come back again and again 💕

Yum! Yum! Yum! Cecilie’s has been a staple in coral springs for a LONG LONG time and they did not disappoint once again. It’s been years since I’ve been here and when I came this time, it was obvious that they’ve expanded their menu and added mix ins. Additionally, it seems since the pandemic, they don’t allow anyone inside which is fine. I’ve been to several Italian ice places and Cecilie’s is in my top 2 favorites. I love that the Italian ice has actual pieces of the flavor you choose. For example, if you get gummy bear flavored Italian ice, you are sure to find pieces of gummy bears. My mom had key lime pie Italian ice and we could taste the crust in the ice! Other Italian ice places are NOT this dedicated at capturing the authenticity of a flavor. I will be back and I highly recommend! It’s a family owned business and I love to support a family that works hard!
